Returns & Exchanges – Online Orders

Returns/exchanges are accepted only for full-price items that are unworn, unaltered, and with tags, within 3 days of receipt.

Requests must be emailed to sales@adn.lk with the subject: “Request for an exchange – Order No: #AB…”.

In-store returns/exchanges for online purchases are not available.

Courier handling only – no cash payments needed.
Exchange Options:

Swap for another available item

Receive Online Store Credit, valid 30 days
Charges & Conditions:

Rs.350 courier charge applies for exchanges (deducted from exchange item or store credit).

Exchanges can be done once only; no cash refunds.

Items are inspected upon return; exchanges may be declined if not in original condition.

Processing time: 14–21 days (pick-up, inspection, and delivery).
